7. CASH ON DELIVERY

7.2. AKARSHIT may restrict COD for customers with repeated order cancellations, rejected deliveries or other legitimate risk indicators.

8. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

8.2. Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and may vary depending on destination, courier operations, weather, holidays, public disruptions, remote-location restrictions and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
8.3. Delivery dates are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed by AKARSHIT in writing.
8.4. Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is subject to the courier’s operational network and policies.
8.5. If a customer is unavailable to receive the parcel, refuses delivery, provides an incorrect address or fails to respond to courier communications, additional delivery attempts or charges may apply where permitted.
9. INSPECTION AT DELIVERY
9.1. Customers are encouraged to inspect the external condition of the package at the time of delivery.
9.2. If the parcel appears visibly damaged, opened, leaking or tampered with, the customer should document the condition through photographs/video and contact AKARSHIT customer support as soon as reasonably possible.
9.3. For damage, leakage, missing products or incorrect products, photographic/video evidence may be requested for investigation.
9.4. Evidence does not automatically guarantee a refund or replacement; each case will be reviewed based on the available information and applicable policy/law.
10. RETURNS, REPLACEMENT & REFUNDS
10.1. Perfumes and fragrance products are personal-use products. For hygiene, safety and product-integrity reasons, opened, used, sprayed or tampered-with products may not be eligible for return or exchange, except where required by applicable law or where the product is confirmed to have a qualifying defect.
10.2. Where a product is received damaged, leaking, defective or materially different from the product ordered, the customer should contact AKARSHIT within the period specified in our Return & Refund Policy.
10.3. Customers may be required to provide:
* Order number.
* Photographs of the product.
* Photographs of the shipping package.
* Unboxing video, where available.
* Description of the issue.
* Other reasonable information required to investigate the claim.
10.4. AKARSHIT may investigate the complaint before approving a replacement, return or refund.
10.5. Refunds, where approved, will be processed according to the applicable refund policy and payment method.
10.6. A customer’s dissatisfaction with fragrance preference, personal taste, perceived longevity or projection does not by itself establish that a product is defective.
11. CANCELLATION

11.2. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
11.3. If a customer refuses a parcel after dispatch or repeatedly refuses COD orders, AKARSHIT may restrict future COD availability for that customer.

12.1. Perfumes are intended for external use only unless specifically stated otherwise.
12.2. Do not ingest perfume.
12.3. Avoid contact with eyes, mouth and sensitive areas.
12.4. Do not apply perfume to damaged, irritated or broken skin.
12.5. If irritation or an allergic reaction occurs, discontinue use immediately and seek appropriate medical advice where necessary.
12.6. Keep perfumes away from children and pets.
12.7. Perfumes are generally flammable because they may contain alcohol and/or other flammable ingredients. Keep away from flames, sparks, heat sources and excessive temperatures.
